本课题组精通化学生物学、细胞生物学、分子生物学、生物信息学、蛋白组学、多组学分析、高通量测序分析等技术,致力于发展蛋白组学研究新方法,推动包括基因组学、转录组学、蛋白组学和代谢组学等多组学整合分析策略在疾病诊断及治疗中的应用,注重多学科交叉前沿研究领域。
主要研究方向为:
1. G-四联体结合蛋白的鉴定以及其在疾病发生中的功能作用机制研究;
2. 基于高通量高精准度定量靶向蛋白组学技术进行疾病中表观遗传学的研究。
3. 基于多组学整合分析技术进行肿瘤早期诊断和靶向治疗研究

李林博士,本科毕业于武汉大学,并于2015年获得武汉大学博士学位。博士毕业后在University of California,Riverside化学系从事科研工作。2021年加入上海交通大学药学院,任长聘教轨副教授、课题组组长、博士生导师,入选上海市海外高层次引进人才计划。目前主要研究方向为化学生物学、分子生物学、蛋白组学、多组学分析等。近年来在Nat Chem Biol., J Am Chem Soc., Nat Com., Nucleic Acids Res., Chem Sci., Cell Rep., Anal Chem.等著名期刊发表三十多篇论文。
