以活性小分子为工具对生物大分子的功能揭示和调控:
1. 以具有生物活性的小分子为探针,利用化学蛋白质组学,寻找天然产物及合成分子的体内作用靶点和机制。
2. 利用光控分子开关进行生物大分子活性的调控:蛋白质的光控抑制剂,光控小干扰RNA。
3. 基于蛋白质降解靶向嵌合体技术(PROTAC)的蛋白质降解剂的制备和应用。
