金慧子研究员简介
女,研究员,博士生导师。2004年韩国忠南大学/韩国生命工学研究院联合培养,获得药学博士学位。2004年12月回国后在中科院上海药物研究所工作。2006年至今在上海交通大学药学院从事科研与教学工作。多年来致力于中药/民族药的药效物质基础与作用机制研究; 完成了超过60多种药用资源的活性成分的研究,发现多个骨架新颖二聚体;利用中药组分和化合物的大规模中药化学成分库,结合多靶点药物筛选模型已经发现超过10种候选药物并申请专利;发现的2个候选药物进入临床前研究。主持国家新药创制重大专项、国家自然基金项目、上海市科委项目10余项。发表科研论文200多篇,在Org Lett, Chem Commun, Phytomedicine, IJMS, J. Nat. Prod.等领域内Top期刊上发表,发明专利15项,授权8项。
