(1) Computational structural/chemical biology of cancer and protein aggregation diseases, including Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, Prion disease, Systemic light chain amyloidosis.
(2) Computational systems biology, protein interaction and network in cancer and immunology.
(3) Conformational dynamics in protein function.
(4) Computational Antibody/Antigen Design, Protein Engineering.

Research Achievements
More than 190 scientific publications, including more than twenty in PNAS、JACS、Chemical Review, Nature Communication, Nature Structural & Molecular Biology. (1) Established the popular theory of “Conformation selection” in biomolecular recognition, in complementary to traditional “Lock and key”and “Induced Fit”. (2) Delineated structure characteristic of hotspot in protein-protein interaction. (3) Pioneer in computational study of protein aggregation. The first to reveal atomic structure of amyloid.
